Description
I painted the cornucopia - a basket in the shape of a goat's horn, filled with fruits and vegetables, along with pumpkins, oak and maple leaves - to symbolize the wish for an abundant harvest and a happy Thanksgiving! The cornucopia is also a symbol of abundance and prosperity. I used reclaimed wood, I treated it, and painted with acrylics. It's perfect for any time of the year, and it also makes the perfect sign and decoration during the Autumn season and Thanksgiving. This version is the cropped main portion of my painting "Happy Harvest Cornucopia".
